I think this blog entry will have a very low rating but i like to say, or just wtrite what i really think.
Where is creativity in chosing to play Chaos team?
Ok, I think that a lot o coaches like this team, but my question is WHY?
I think that a lot of people like it only cause right know, with the new rules they are the new Blood bowl Overpowered team.
I like to think that people usually chose to do or buy somenthing or ,in Blood bowl, chose a team because he likes it and want to try it. But the truth is that Winning is more important than everything.
Ok, winning is important, but to play with a team only because it gives you the best combination of skills to have an easy win is messy.
This is not a personal attak to anyone, it's just a loud voice thinking.

Play elf, amazon or slann teams vs them... you will win...
And what about chaos players that don't choose claw/mb/piling on? Are they 'uncreative' too? In fact is picking blodge for elves 'uncreative'? Or maybe picking block for linesmen. I bet picking dp for zombies and skelies is bad too.

Much can be said about Chaos teams, but being overpowered in terms of winning the game certainly isn't one of them.

It's not a metter of win or lose for me and a wrote that i understand well that a lot of people likes this team and played it also on LBR4.
I don't like the idea that people are like sheeps, all following the wave with no personality.

Chaos is a very versatile team. Agility 3 on everyone means that everyone can score and you can customize the players for different roles, especially now with mutation access on normal skills.

Probably I have not explained well my thought...
Chaos is only an exemple of how a lot of people is not chosing a team cause he likes it but cause for some reaso they believe that with the new rules that team is stronger than others.

So know you are telling us what people actually like, and no-one likes using chaos, they only use them because they want to win? Chaos have always been one of the most popular races in all divisions, along with orcs. This was before FFB was even thought about. What has changed?

Chaos are a really cool race, Claw isnt what makes them OP. it is pilling on which all races with St access can have.

I've always loved chaos because of their flexibility and will probably play them again in CRP, with mutation access on normal. I'm not a fan of the current FOTM min/max builds though.
It should be obvious why chaos are played more than before: with the changes from LRB4 to CRP they are the shiny new toy that people want to play with. Also, with the new ruleset, they are - for a change - competitive at mediocre TV.

I would argue that they are not more popular than ever. At the time of writing they are the 4th most popular choice in the box. Before FFB they were 3rd.
