See if you can change the resolution, that's the problem. If not there were a couple of ways to make the pitch bigger. Basically doubling the size, so there's a tiny bit of pixelation.
I think one was a programme or a download, the other was a tool with Windows 10. There was something about it in the forums which discussed both. One was slightly better than the other. I believe Wreckage may use one of the fixes.

In windows 10 right click the desktop select display settings & change size 125% works for me.

Had a similar problem on a notebook with small screen and very high resolution. Just halving the resolution didn't change much. But the magnifier did the trick.
