All I can pull out of the data is the trend that if you do not speak english as your primary language then you have a higher % chance of being a person who likes to play BB on a table top.

I deduce that in 2013, all the Austrians went to play their tournaments in Belgium! What a delta in both countries games from 2013 and 2014, lol.

i resolved the enigma about austrians:

Based on data collected from FUMBBL among Austrian coaches (we could just find one coach), the games which started in 2013 are now in the 7th turn of 1st half.

It is expected they will finish by spring 2016 if there is no OT.

In 2013 Austria had one tournament plus Eurobowl.
In 2014 Austria had no tournaments. So it's a drop of 1 tournament :)
