“Buccaneers match their deepest run in the FUMBBl Cup and advance to the final 32 after this gripping Over Time affair.

This match had it all FUMBBL fans. Zombies rumbling in for Touchdowns, dog pile fouls, Gromstomp the legendary Ogre making the key play of the game by performing a one handed INT snag of the football and of course Boz, doing what Boz does, taking over matches and make big time plays.

This match was looking grim after 5 turns, real grim and the Bucs fans were real tense.

Turn 2 and the Bucs send in the foul on the ST4 wolf for a stun, ejected.
Turn 3 and the bucs send in the foul on the ST4 wolf for a stun, ejected and the fans are going nutz on the refs. Coach Hicksey is standing on the top step of the dug out giving the refs a ear full.

Turn 4 and the Bucs send in the foul on the ST4 wolf for a RIP, no REGEN!!! But the ref ejects another buc for unnecessary violence and a concealed weapon. BUC nation erupts!!!! What in da hell is going on around this joint?

Turn 5 sees a zombie pick up the loose ball after Whitten stumbles on a divot in the grass and promptly rumbles in for the score. The Buc fans almost bring down the stadium in rage.

Down to a 8 man squad, it is grim, real grim but Coach rallies the troops and then something strange happened. Boz took the team on his shoulders with his wing man in Whitten and proceeds to dominate, dismantle, destroy and crush the necro scumm. The Bucs could do no wrong from that point forward.

Necro bodies getting depitched all over the field, CAS boxes starting to fill up and just when the Necro scumm almost reveresed the Bucs good fortune, the game on the line. Gromstomp the legendary ogre leaps high into the sky and snags the game turning INTERCEPTION!!!!!!

Bucs manage to take it to OT, kick the ball off and then dig on defense and stuff the necro scumm on the mid line, make a game saving tackle, recover the loose ball and gallop to the endline for the score.

Really fun match, tense and always on the edge, the way Blood Bowl is supposed to be played.

Tip of the hat to Mates as he did everything he could to stave off the onslaught of Buccaneers but he just could not hold on.
