“The Wrestlers had 4 Ogres here to face the Nurgle horde. There was rain but the agile beastman picked up. The plucky snots avoided early damage. There was some separate battles including some to and fro against a claw beastman. Les Kellet almost killed the s5 Warrior Epoisse but the thing regen'd and otherwise the Nurgle side were relatively untroubled to score by half-time. At least the snots held up well, there wasn't a lot of block and tackle on them, but they were surprisingly solid when they went down.
Lucan didn't have much of a TTM chance to end the half as all the distracting foul Nurgle appearances prevented his catch!
2nd half after a hick kick Lucan managed an advance and then a sprint to get his equalizer. Epoisse had been hurt but regen'd again. The Ogres had also caused a couple of KOs but those recovered.
There was plenty of time left for them but the agile Beastman was mobbed by Snots! Waterboy then dived across to tackle him down. The Nurgle road to win was suddenly in doubt. A snot went to pick up but then also failed the 4+s needed in the rain. So close. Due to cover we had another chance and Shane managed the 5+ needed. Suddenly the Nurgle side started bashing hard, including a blitzing cas by the big Beast meaning it could get it's tentacles on to Shane. He couldn't escape so it ended 1-1!
Chances for a win on both sides but neither could quite grasp it. After the match the Wrestlers are back up to 6 Ogres in the lineup.
