“A rare day to have Ogres vs Ogres. We were 5 vs 6 Ogres but with more Block along with Lucan's talents we were hopeful. But there were some shocking moments and the Blitzers romped away.

First drive we were blitzed! Our Ogres started going dumb. The Blitzers DPs had no mercy and started kicking us when we were down. And their coach argued the call when the ref didn't quite like it. But Lucan managed to get to Kendo who hurled him forward for the TD. 200 SPP for Lucan.

During our defence Big Daddy was Ko'd and then after a knockdown Kendo had to be fixed up by the apo after another foul by Flea. We were struggling and their Ogre carrier Gergot got the equalizer.

We had a moment left for a TTM TD attempt. Snots pulled off the pickup and handoff. Lucan was then hurled forward. He landed. He dodged through Torgh's flailing grasp. He was in scoring range...but the supposedly sure footed Lucan snaked a gfi! A team reroll left unused too. A shock after doing the hard work. To top it off Blart cas'd Lucan with a foul. A very tough end to the half.

Second half an opposing snot was hurt by a rock and the Ogres couldn't knock down our snots with their first hits. But they blitzed at and KO'd Big Daddy again. Tom Thumb at least gave them some of their own medicine when he kicked at and hurt their rookie ogre. Seeing a fight near the sidelines Bulldog rushed across to blitz for our first action of a turn. But he QUAD SKULLED! We were in disarray. Jim Breaks dodged away from the side but then fell and was seriously injured when he tried to run at pace. Another snakes! And to add to that Kendo was straight out killed by another Ogre blitz. Brutal indeed. They go on to get their 2nd TD for the winner. We had a few moments left and the Blitzers pulled out a Perfect Defense. They KO'd players and also gave Jake the Snake a serious concussion.

A tough match where we let ourselves down against a merciless side. 2nd Ogre death in two games. But we will return and try and recruit more ogres... Go Ogres!”
