Gli avversari hanno soltanto tre scelte: fuggire dal campo, arrampicarsi sul più vicino albero, o farsi del male. Siccome fuori dal terreno di gioco ci sono migliaia di assatanati urlanti, e sui campi di BloodBowl non ci sono alberi, spesso il risultato di un blitz del Bubba è doloroso.
