Once Upon a Time, in the Marshes of Madness, a Carnival of Nurgle troop got lost deep in the bogs looking for a new disease. They were too busy digging over old corpses to notice that this particular swamp belonged to a grumpy (and very hungry) troll. A few minutes later this troll, later to be known as Shrek, was picking his teeth when some of the local goblins found the now ownerless gypsy carts full of costumes. They were looking for an excuse to get out of the swamp, and this was their chance. They took the outfits for blood bowl kits, sold the unholy symbols and hired themselves a newly unemployed coach. Dubbing themselves the "Storybook Memes" they make up for their lack in skills and strength in fouls. And they all lived happily ever after. |
