| Ok, they died horribly as Amazons. They were boring as paint peeling when they let their wild sides out as Chaos. I've had luck with my other elven teams--let's see if third race's a charm... So far, so wonderful! Off to a 5-1-0 start, beating down on a dwarven team, out-speeding two skaven teams, out-dodging a woodelf team, surviving a rotter game and slugging out a draw with a nasty norse team! Three ff increases in the first 4 games shows fans know what they like. These matriarchs are regaining their confidence, which is not good news for their future opponents! Update: Not so good luck of late. Sure, no important injuries, and the team is progressing nicely, but after our stellar start the team has since gone 0-1-5, bringing my career record back down to even. We must start winning more games, girls! Hup, hup! Good grief. After starting 5-1-0, we've won only 1, ONE!, game in the last 14. If it wasn't for the fact these girls are my strongest team, I'd be rather fed up with them. ******************************************************************************* Well, we reached the magic 25 game mark, and I'm afraid the team has seen it's last legs. Injuries have outpaced income for replacements, and aging hasn't helped either, ruining our best players. So it's time for the Sweet Things to finally hang up their cleats and go back home to train the next generation lady bloodbowlers, show them how to hack it in what many refer to as a "man's sport". Through our multiple generations of the team--the original Sweet Things amazon team which retired due to losing half its players over two games; the replacement amazon Sweeter Things, who got pasted in their first match; Even Sweeter Things, a chaos version, which had zero ball control ability; to today's Sweetest Things, lady elves who started out settling old scores, but eventually what goes around comes around, and they've been pounded into submision. The team could maybe continue, but they're tired of losing and being perpetually understrength, so it's time to call it a night.
