TEAM BIO

During the first season they have started to gain some minor popularity. They have a few dwarven fans, they have almost no prestige and they will need to fight hard to earn their keep. They got a sponsorship but only for a small budget unless they increase their reputation. They are a rookie team, hoping to gain their share of fame on the pitch.

Our declared fans are: ''CrookfangRob'', ''Piling On Party Machines''

Orcs are green, lizards are blue, their skin is great, for our premium pants and shoe.
Fancypants Holding is the official sponsor of the Everpeak Silvershields

TROPHY ROOM

Winter's Glory - Winter Year 7
Awarded to Winter's best performing teams. Worth no prestige points.

MATCH RECORDS

CIBBL year 6 Autumn - Regionals
1. Draw 0-0 against Stones Forgers coached by puccios.
Both teams were evenly matched. The Stone Forgers had a rough time keeping their players on the field.

2. Draw 0-0 against Emperor's True Face coached by jdmickleburgh.
The stench of Nurgle's diseases was present inside the entire city. The match went back and forth and was exciting till the end. Taverns and meadhalls were closed for a week to prevent any further spread of diseases.

3. Victory 2-1 against the Restless of Chiquboltek Ruins coached by Hoellenbote.
The Slann were not happy in their match against the dwarves. The first half was havoc caused by the induced deathroller. All the frogs were complaining about it. Rhob Crookclaw gained the nickname; ''happy feet''

4. Victory 2-0 against the Harton Daggers coached by Fivehead.
We weren't sure those elves would even dare to show. They sure didn't the first time the match was scheduled. Fortunately they weren't smart enough to stay away. We made a nice deal with the referee and we showed them some proper dwarf punching!

5. Victory 1-0 against the Wyrdstone Inhalers coached by Kazou.
A bloody match, both coaches went throat-to-throat. The Wyrdstone Inhalers packing claws, the Everpeak Silvershields packing fists and armour. Fortunate the durable armour was able to withstand the skittering skaven onslaught.

CIBBL year 7 Winter - Friendlies
1. Victory 1-0 against the Glimdwarrow Tricksters coached by Hovring.
Those gnomes sure did everything they could, but the punches just kept coming. In the end the fan favorite Gnomish Contraption exploded. Fans were not happy.

2. Victory 2-1 against the Thunder Peak Frosthorns coached by Xandyreoch.
It was mayhem!! Bombs and gnoblars were flying trough the air. We were caught by complete surprise during the first half. We suspect that the Ogres were not focussed on winning the game, but were focussed on hurting us! - Quote by Grimm Ironborn.

3. Victory 2-0 against the Cokenhagen Ill Bull Bash Locos coached by grrrreindeer.
Mighty roars echoed trough the halls of the Everpeak Holds. The Bull's rampaged wild but were quickly outnumbered by the dwarves. Unfortunately a total dicing.

4. Victory 2-0 against the Brandystock Barrelers coached by XpherAndTheAxe.
Finally an opponent that put the hurt back into us. Those dwarves expected halflings to be a pushover. Now they will have to bury two of their friends.

5. Victory 1-0 against the Restless of Chiquboltek Ruins coached by Hoellenbote.
Surprised by the sudden decent of a flying pyramid the dwarves quickly found themself in a game of blood bowl! It were the frogs from autumn! Extremely brave frogs this time!

CIBBL year 7 Spring - Regionals
1. Draw 2-2 against Terror-Firma coached by Apus.
Raging elementals of fire, earth and wind. Eard, the elemental king was not kidding around. He had a lesson to teach the dwarves. The first game in the regional division was a tough and difficult match!

2. Draw 1-1 against the Glimdwarrow Tricksters coached by Hovring.
This time the gnomes came prepared. They were packing firepower and upgraded their mech's to newer versions! A glorious battle ensued. The smell of artillery gunpowder engulved the stadium as mortar shells kept raining down!

3. Draw 1-1 against the Mugrec's Mechanical Madmen coached by Pizzapocalypse.
The Silvershields were late for the match. They were drinking in the local pub when they suddenly realized that it was time to play! The match was very even between the engineers and dwarves.

STADIUM

The Everpeak Hold is located in the Everpeak pass not far from the dwarven capital of Karak-Kazak. Its characterized by its rigid grey rock formations. Throughout the pass several dwarven settlements can be found embedded in the mountains. The weather varies with clear skies and occassional snowfall.

The Everpeak Plateau inside the Everpeak pass is surrounded by a medium sized town. The town is most famous for its excellent mead halls and welcoming taverns.

The current stadium however is nothing more then a uneven concrete field. The spectator stands are in poor conditions and training facilities are minimal.

COACH MEMOIRES

I. Year 6 Autumn
The dim candlelight casted a long shadow over the quill of the mysterious dwarf..
The words on the parchment were written with elegance and precision, effortlessly drawn with long strokes.
Around him are trinkets and charms, gathered from all the forgotten corners of the earth..
After many hours the dwarf was finally done... his letter was ready.
They have read the letter — now like him, they are part of his burden.

II. Year 7 Winter
The cold northern wind howls and knocks out the warm flame of the visitor his rusty lantern. He bangs on the doors of the Everpeak Hold. ''Please,'' he makes out under the tempest of wind scolding his face. From beneath the layers of fur and cloth, he lifts his rusty oil lantern with a frigid hand. ''Please,'' he whispers again.
