Joined the NCBB in Season 15 Rivalry: Tennessee Volunteered Record: (1/0/0) Notre Dame had a decent season in its inaugural season in the NCBB. Notre Dame had a rough go of it during the pre-season, but they were able to get the jitters out and ended the season with a 2/5/2 season. Their record doesn't show the whole story. A couple teams made some heroic plays to stop the Irish from walking in for the game winning score. That would have made the Irish a bowl game contender. This season didn't have its down times, when it saw its star player, Bob Dropkick (+ST, +MA 23SPP) leave the pitch in a pine box. The team rallied after his passing, to end the season with a win in his honor. Looking forward to next season. |
