Forum thread for anything relating to season 19 of the SWL.

Defending champions Woodies Double Double are up against a decidedly bashier lineup this season, let's see if they can prove themselves once again and take out the trophy for a second time.

There have also been a lot of promotees from the regional division this season, including a whole lot of rock teams. If you have a team in one of the conferences, you can expect to find 4 rock teams in your conference.

Regionals on the other hand will be a significantly less bloody affair. With all those rock teams in the Premier and Conference divisions, there aren't many left to give the usual warm welcome to newly drafted teams.

Announcements:
  • Season 19 Started
    The draw for season 19 is up, and you can start playing those games whenever you like. Lots of bash in all the conferences, and a fair bit in Premier to boot. The first round will be due on Monday, 9th of April. This is also Easter Monday, so, considering that lots of people go away over Easter, it's probably good to get it out of the way well in advance (and to plan out a time for your round 2 match as well). Subsequent rounds are 1 week each (i.e. round 2 will be due on the 16th)
  • Twahnlow Voting
    Twahnlow awards are being counted in both Premier and Conference leagues. If you are playing in either of these divisions, please make sure to award 3, 2 and 1 point votes for the top 3 players from your opponent's team. If you're not sure what it's all about, check out the SWL Guide, and Channel BB!. Thankyou Redmaul for volunteering to take up the arduous task of vote counting.
