Philosophy
If you start an all lineman team, then roll 10 on one with block and select movement for 7348 Block you have a blitzer! So, does that go against the ethos of an all lineman team or not? Pick AV and be done with it?

Not really - the next time he would get a skill would be at 31 spp which is much harder to get to than for a rookie Blitzer to gain 6 spp.

howlinggriffon is tactically right, you replicate a blitzer but it already has two skills, so the future development is not as good. So, you build something you can buy (if you want to). Ethos is also a bit about the feel of the team, if it plays like a blitzer it perhaps is not an all lineman team anymore?
