This is my log on converting a Blood Bowl team of Ogres to the LRB5 rules as part of the "A Tale of X Gamers [Blood Bowl]" log. I originally posted it on the Warseer forums. Feel free to PM me with any comments :)

I decided to start an Ogre team for this project as I've meant to do up a team for the last year. Ogres in my mind are a fun team, on paper they look tough as nails but methinks that this team is average at best, where scoring with the team will be an issue. Basically I will go for collecting 6 Ogres and 12 Snotlings (basic 16 players) and if money/time allows an assortment of coaches, apos and cheerleaders will boost the numbers. I might even add a star player, but this is as yet uncertain.

First purchase for the project was a box of 6 plastic bulls which I will convert into proper BB Ogres. Taking a look at them they look abit whimpish so I'll have to add some armour on them in the form of helmets and shoulder guards and possibly elbow and knee pads. I'm not too fond of the belly plates they come with and will probably get rid of the lot and sculpt some proper ogre six-packs instead and a trouser line. I'm not a 100% sure on how to go ahead in converting the players so I will probably alter my vision several times along the way. I'm no master at green stuffing so bear with me... Pics will come up as soon as I have started on all the lads. Also the team remains as yet nameless, but a few of the ogres have gotten names already.
