Forgive my ignorance but what's dynamic gold? A dwarf told me that gold is gold is gold. Dynamic gold seems very modern.

It's a complex algorythm, I calculated it through on some other blog but too long ago to remember. It's something between 10k and 50k extra depending on number of participants and round you advance to.
