Vampires are NOT underpowered
I remember when I first started coaching Vampires - constantly throwing passes with them, never gazing. Oh how I lamented, "These guys are REALLY fun but underpowered. They should start with 7 movement, AV9, etc etc."

Well times certainly do change - now that I've learned a good deal more about how to use them, I think they are quite a fearsome and underestimated race to face as an opponent. In the right hands they can handle just about any team. Of course every turn they have the potential to completely self-destruct, but that just makes them even more fun!

Long story short - Vampires are fun, not weak, and if you tried them you might enjoy them more then all your Dwarves, Khemri, and Orcs combined!
