I don't do it often but will do it when it looks tasty. I never foul on t16 unless it is allow me to score or stop you scoring

Crowd pushing
I just love to crowd push, so beware! I won't do it unless I gain something from it, though.

Making pointless blocks to get SPPs
Yes, I do this. Sometimes even when I don't want the SPPs. It's a spinal reflex.

Stalling
It's a perfectly valid tactic. I love it when my opponent stalls, because that means I still have the chance to prevent the score. And if I fail, at least I'm not going to loose 8-0 or something like that due to the turns spend on stalling.

One turn scoring
It's a perfectly valid tactic. I attempt this whenever I have exactly one turn to score or when I'm down to very few players and a OTS is the most probably way to score a TD.

Hiring star players and/or wizards after match agreement
This is perfectly allowed if you read the LRB. Not that hiring star players and/or wizards is a good tactic, unless the primary purpose is to waste money.
