Record (well, just great it seems) run ended
I'm a complete sucker for silly meaningless records, and to have such a run ended is worthy of a short mention.

My Underworld Troll Andy Warhol recently did the unthinkable by surpassing the record for the longest streak without a single MVP held (to my knowledge) by the great and unforgettable Lutz Milch, whose record is amittedly still way cooler because of the 0 SPP thing and all the injuries.

Stil, we managed to make it through 74 games of Andy Warhol totally sucking and getting his just reward when disaster struck today. He was on fine form as usual, failing Really Stupid at important times and preventing only a single elf dodge all game. Somehow it seems the committee responsible for awarding the MVP's felt such a crap player didn't deserve to hold any record, but rather should even come second in a "worst player" contest and gave him one just out of spite.

Will the MVP give Andy to confidence to finally start earning his keep, or will losing the only thing that made him great send him into yet unexplored depths? The Velvet Underworld coaching staff eagerly awaits the next couple of games, perhaps if only out of morbid curiosity.

Edit: so it wasn't even a record. That fits his life story even better :D

This wolf went 83 games w/o mvp apparently.

That may be, but the wolf is dead! So he's still the gone-longest-before-getting-his-first-MVP-but-still-alive-player.
