Scoring with a Beast of Nurgle in 3 turns makes life worthwhile
It all happened in the otherwise disastrous first game of my new Ranked Nurgle's Rotters team, Ghag'h Reflex.

I'll quote from the match report:
The combination of a pitch invasion, this time in favour of the Rotters, a touchback, no hope of any result, and a Beast of Nurgle on the LoS, left me a tantalising prospect - could I....?

The ball was thrust into the vestigial arms of the slobbering Bubor the Infectious, and with a boot to the rump to send him on his way, he swatted aside a Marauder as he began to career down the pitch, his team-mates running interference.

For two turns, he made steady progress - indeed, he gained a square with a chainpush from a team-mate Rotter's blitz, which also got him away from the marauding Minotaur. Then, the play of the game - with a Dark Elf on one side, a goblin on the other, and no standing team-mates to tell him what to do, a Rotter stood up and dodged to mark the Dark Elf, at least giving Bubor the 3 dice he'd likely need to down the slippery greenskin. In a moment of clarity, he smashed aside the Goblin, badly hurting him, and rumbled into the endzone, for a glorious, and rare, Beast of Nurgle touchdown in just 3 turns.

In a game that confirmed my first ever 5 game losing streak, and longer sequence of utter dice-shafting, it made me so very, very happy...

Hmm...tempting.

Maybe not, Ag 1 means he'll get the ball only on touchbacks. I have considered giving Ogres Catch in the past, pretty hard to get the ball off one of those once they have it!
