Indeed, if they don't want to chat in game, they'll probably not fill in their bio at all.

Actually people who technically can't (small screen etc.) often say so. Others... I don't understand.

I understand the addition of tablet play recently means some cant talk whilst playing, and I have asked some that dont chat ig but are in IRC if they can or not and no reply.

Just annoying for me.

i agree,
i hate games where op dosnt say anything,
not even hi gl and hf, grats and of that...
even the most dice cursed game cane be enjoyable if someones chatty.........

i hate that. but mot people told me when they cant chat and i even helped out a few with their problems as others have helped me in the past when i could not chat(on my laptop)

I had a game against BooAhl in box recently, I lost 5-0 and had 8 Cas against me, most of the second half I had 2 players; but it was one of my most enjoyable games for a long time. Why? Because my "opponent" was gracious about the situation and in the chat area was anything but an opponent, we shared the experience.

As my record shows I really dont place value on it, win, lose or draw I play to past time and I appreciate those who make it enjoyable for me. So thank-you for your support here, the games we have played together and most importantly Christer and his Admin staff for overseeing the site and allowing me to escape reality for as much time as I do.

@highelfmage : I tink I have also helped some people become able to chat by pointing them toward the helpful Java setting thing.

totally agree, I hate it. The ones where people dont chat are the ones i tend to get most annoyed in if things arent going my way as well. if people are chatty its a lot easier just to laugh it all off.
