100 Games (sort of) & a really long paragraph.
I've just completed my 100th Ranked game on fumbbl (The woodies picked me, honest!) And I'm a much better person for it.

Rewind back to January of this year. I'd had a rather stressful Christmastime, being british but born in South Africa, my university got confused and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount more than I should be & cut me off the services until I got it sorted. Rather bad timing as that involved cutting me off from the online resources I'd need for my January Exams. Not only that but my mum was put in hospital, nothing too serious, but enough that it messed me & my family up. Eventually, January was over & everything was calming down, but i still was looking for a release for all my stress.

And that is where Bloodbowl comes in.

The Youtubers who are part of TGS, decided they'd play a tournament in this funny little game called BloodBowl (The cyanide version). They didn't really understand it at first, and made a ton of mistakes. But I enjoyed the content, they are funny people & the game looked really interesting. They were learning from another Youtuber & twitch streamer by the name of cknoor. And desperate to see more of this fantastic game I checked out his stuff too. I could not get enough of this game, but unfortunately I could not play it. I have a old laptop for everything, which works well for everything except games . . . But i was content watching these games for now.

When we get to march, I'm in the twitch chat for one of cknoor's streams & someone mentions a free, browser-based bloodbowl game called Fumbbl.

I had my brief honeymoon period (first 8 games I went 5/3/1). And I had my losing/learning period (I would quote the W/D/L's here . . . but they're bad. So i won't ;))
And since then I've settled in nicely.

And wether I've been losing, winning or just plain failing. I've had a tremendous amount of fun. It's become my way of de-stressing & forgetting about the real world. And really, it's all thanks to you guys. This is the friendliest community I've ever had the pleasure of being part of. The blogs & jokes are funny, in-game chat is thoroughly enjoyable, and the admins have been fair & reasonable.

So I'd just like to say Thank You. And I'll see you in my next 100 games!!

Glad Blood Bowl is a stress reliever for you and not a stress creator.

That's a load of short paragraphs, not one long one!
