Another "how-to" question - this time on ST5 blodge bull centaur
Hi guys,
this time I have a question regarding skill development of a amazing bull centaur: http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=9295359
his new skill-roll is no double. What to choose? Break tackle is a classical choice, of course. And is break tackle still needed at all on such a generalist player

Break tackle is always a must on those cows.

Break Tackle is even better on him because of the +ST and Dodge. It's the obvious choice.

@xnoelx +1

now the main question is, how many of you would use this guy to break into X cages to hit the ballcarrier?

would you risk the 4+ dodge?
Posted by Lorebass on 2013-05-24 03:32:33
75% with dodge!

Break Tackle. A lot of times its my first skill choice on a Bull Centaur.

break tackle would give him an extra chance to dodge away, much more than "breaking in" a cage. mighty blow with tackle works, also. but in this case, break tackle would be a better choice IMHO.

break tackle without even thinking.

after thinking for a while its still break tackle.

Most folks would take Break Tackle hoping to eventually roll doubles for Dodge or crossing their fingers to roll ST+.... truly, this is a no-brainer ;)

Piling On then hope someone fouls him to Death :D

Thanks guys. No-brainer fits. Last night i was so tired that not much brain was left (or active). After some sleep and your advice the decision is quite easy. Break Tackle.

BT was the only answer. Next up either frenzy or tackle imo.

btw that +AG cdorf really isn't worth it.
Posted by Meanandugl on 2013-05-24 13:34:38
Hhmm, could be a topic for the next blog: Is the AG+ cdorf worth the TV, can he become worth it later or is it a complete waste? But then again this question has likely been answered already somewhere in the forum.
Posted by Reisender on 2013-05-24 15:52:18
he is a waste. he even would be without considering the 20tv difference between a normal skill and +ag. and he would still be a waste with another +ag or a +ma.
