No more zero days.
Do a push up. No longer a zero day, pat yourself on the back for it. 1 push up easy? Try 2 or as many as you can do, then do that +1 the next time.
I'm at 89.1kg at the moment. Got a White Collar Boxing fight in less than 2 weeks time.

SpecialOne you need to get into the right habits. I have found strave and a step counting watch helpful for gola setting and generally being more active.

Okay, yeah im gonna join you on this challenge.
$20 donated to fumbbl, plus $5 per pound over the target weight.
I'm at 202.2 lbs (91.7 kg), and I would like to be at 185 (83.9 kg) on July 1st.
That's 17 pounds in 3 months, I think i can manage that.
Bit of side commentary- I'm doing this because i'd like to wrestle competitively, and the weight class I want to be at is 174 lbs (79 kg). I'm trying to reach that in less than one year's time.

25lbs is a lot to lose, but i guess you can dehydrate for a few lbs to weigh in?
