First with flings
I played my first game with a halfling team yesterday. Have to say it was great fun despite the fact I had no idea what to do with the little guys.
I took up a challenge by Cloggy who is on a Fanatic award project (+fill the grid project) and needed a match vs. flings (I think he still need a few...) knowing very well that I´d be in for a very rough ride.
The match itself was entertaining and not that bloody after all. A few small ones went MNG but no permanent injuries or KIA. My treemen managed to kill a line-elf but he was saved by apo.
The game ended with 2-1 score for dark elves. I´m happy I did´t lose more and even got that 1 TD with TTM.
I think I´ll have to keep playing with the shorties until I can win a match.

Hire Deeproot as often as you can, at first. Flings are also the only team that I keep Assistant Coaches on. That RR battle is their most important fight.
