Book Update - UK and Paperback Addendum
To those who do their book-hunting in the UK and those who are still lovers of dead-tree reading technology (yours truly included), I have good news.

I'm fairly certain I've managed sales to Germany previously, but I'm not sure how it all worked out. I suspect it may have been via the UK store.
