My FUMBBL anniversary is just before New Years, so I'm going to just call this my 2011 goals.

Realistic Goals...
-Get Player and Picker awards for the new races
-Pick one of the new races and get the Fanatic player award with them
-Re-complete at least my lizardman and dark elf grids
-Focus on a couple of my favorite teams, get one to 200 games, 150 victories (best candidates: Lizards, Orcs)

Stretch Goals...
-Again, same as last year, get through a major qualifier
-Lizardmen with a winning (not just tied) record against all races

Ongoing Goal...
-Ignore CR completely, both mine and my opponent's

Also, I'd like to reconsider my list from last year of my favorite and least favorite races to coach.

Favorites:
1. Lizardmen - Just can't get enough of 'em!
2. Orcs - Yes, boo me if you must.
3. Dwarfs - I'm an unrepentant and incorrigible Puzzle Basher.
4. Ogres - Sadly, this is probably the last year they'll appear on the list.
5. Wood Elves - With a slew of niggling injuries, I tabled my Ranked woodies until FFB arrives. I can't wait to throw nearly TV300 woodies into the fray.

Least Favorites:
1. High Elves - By far the most boring elf race.
2. Rotters - Hopefully FFB will unsuckify them enough to enjoy.
3. Undead - Deceptively bad match-up against both bashers and ballers. I prefer both khemri and necro among the regenerating foul-machines.
4. Pro Elves - Playing dark elves more lately has soured me on the inferior elf race. I'll pay the 10k more a pop for either +1MA (woodies) or +1AV (DE).
5. Vampires - Another where maybe the new rules will turn them around. In LRB4 even TR/TS teams are usually beat up and won't play you because of a DP or two, and most of your game offers involve giving handicaps or playing up in TS. Plus you get picked relentlessly by teams looking for easy cas on your squishy thralls.
