10 year break, and rebuilt Blood Bowl 7s
I found FUMBBL about 11 years ago, and dived in deep to 145 club and the Blood Bowl 7s group.
I had more fun playing 7s than the full game and played most of my games there. Life intervened and I drifted away from FUMBBL, only to have rediscovered it again 10 years later.
My account was still here, and my teams all here!
Sadly BB7s was no more, at some point the client changes had made it impossible to field rosters with less than 7 and enforce only 7 on the pitch.
Recently though it looks like the custom rulesets allow a myriad of possibilities and so I went searching for a new 7s group, but ultimately couldn't find one that fit my needs. So I built it!
We've been running with a small group for the past couple of weeks but I feel we are in a place where I'm happy to announce it to the world. The ruleset is as close to NAF 7s as I could get (no smaller pitch, and can't quite enforce all the inducements allowed).
For now we are a casual open play format, but once we have more numbers we will have tournaments for different team weights.

Yes I moved my two old teams also :-)
I had to migrate mine to FFB first, and then apply them to the group. From there I can import them and it switches them to the new ruleset.

A big ask for Christer, but after we get a new fumbbl client it would be great if there could be a smaller pitch sevens version worked on. Perhaps a couple of years down the line.

I swear we can change stuff in the ruleset now making you can have 7 people on the pitch but to the actual sizing down of the pitch or extra rules then no.
