if anyone deserves this in the tabletop circuit for Halflings its gotta be tom neven (Kwek). He has like 173 NAF Ranked games with Halflings!!

its near impossible to get flings into that tournament sadly. The TV cap is just too high. If it was 1400 then I think it would be doable.
