Back to civilisation programme.
I knew I was abusing myself with too much computer time, when I took a bath for the first time in a few days and that nasty scab on my arm, that I had no idea how I got turned out to be a bit of pizza topping. Damn those super hot to the door delivered pizzas! I knew it was time to take a bath, when that oddly animal odour still frequented my small tokyo apartment even after I cleared away all the dead food.

Anyway it is back to training and work next week, so a back to reality programme had to be quickly hashed together.

After seconds of pondering I came up this:

Day 1: Get up before 3pm, and instead of logging onto chaosdwarfs.com and fumbbl, do some healthy exercise.

Day 2: Open the door before it gets dark and breathe some fresh air. After a while stop wincing at the sun, and hissing like a vampire and try to smile.

Day 3: Go for a short walk, enjoying the sound of the birds, hopefully by this time, those 'salamander black' rings under your eyes will have faded to a 'citadel purple'.

Day 4: Engage local non-internet types in friendly conversation like 'nice weather we are having' or in the local dialect 'ii tenki desu ne'.

Day 5: Frequent a local tavern, and practise the art of talking to wome...................wait a blinking second!!! Tomorrow is fumbbls birthday, where even my weakest teams have been promised the elixir of eternal (albeit 24 hours) life. **** all that for a game of cribbage, I guess I can stay an internet junkie for another 36 hours!!!
