You hand painted 1740 little icons.. Why aren't you charging £20 a set to at least give yourself some small compensation for that ridiculous effort? What's wrong with you?

As there are no discounts for larger orders or rewards I tried to keep the cost as low as possible.

The aim is to get as many people as I can a cool set of dice and raise some money for this awesome site.

Ok due to the limited sets and the fact you hand painted them !! (Thats the coolest madness ive heard in a while)
If i find two other people interested in 3 different coloured dice (so one of each colour bracket opaque black & white and red pearl )
Can we split colors up ?
if yes i may even find these coaches in NZ.....ramchop,mushoomy Smile

Given the interest you might want to consider placing a limit on number of sets per order. Or filling additional sets only after everyone is allocated one. I'm already wondering whether I will be able to get online at exactly 11am on Wednesday so I don't miss out!

I do have a single spare black opaque dice and 2 spare of each of the other colours. Was going to keep them in case of damages/mistakes with the order as I didn't think anyone would want incomplete sets.

If you want to do that it is possible and means an extra £5 for the site. I wouldn't want to split up too many sets as it is harder to keep track.

Out of interest, how come the company you ordered them from wasn't able to colour the symbols? I would have been very happy to pay some more to save you having to paint them all yourself.

That is a concern but I can't think of a fairer way than first come first served to determine who gets them if there is high demand.

Don't want to show favouritism to longer established coaches or people I know.


Maybe do FCFS but say limit to 1 set per coach or something for a few days before allowing people to scramble over any sets that are left.

All very cool though!

Just wanted to note here, in addition to the blog, that these are sweet and I am interested in at least the two black sets. Any that are left over, I'm sure I can sell to folks that may not frequent FUMBBL.

If you get more people than sets available you could do a lottery type system to allocate? (I am very confident you are going to get enough takers, I know i have been drooling over the thought since the moment I saw the pictures)
