I am drinking....
and have a question. Is the Samuel Smith Brewery (Tadcaster), N. Yorks, England, a real place? I'm stuck in boring America, and I dunno. Whatever either way, after 3/4s a bottle of Riesling, my oatmeal stout is still quite nice as a not so smooth wakeup and yumminess :D.

Oatmeal stout sounds bloody gorgeous. I really must check out the Northern breweries rather than delving down south.

Having said that, had a pint of St. Austell's Tribute the other day in a pub in Newbridge, Cornwall. Bloody lovely.

The brewery is very real. It's the only reason to go to Tadcaster :)

Oi chewie, as i live local to there, i have another reason, the best bike shop in the area :P

but for the tourists, yeh, those breweries (Sam Smith and John Smith) are the reasons to go.

JP, i'm a yellowbelly... only reason i'd ever go to yorkie-land is to get drunk :)

Told ya I can find a few decent beers here Chewie ;). Too bad its freakin expensive :(. Need to invent a teleporter so I can drink good crap and be in my own bed by midnight :P.
