Rictus Raiders on verge of obliteration
Well, a few weeks ago we were prepared for the FUMBBL cup at our strongest ever level. Then we won a fun round 2 match 3-2, with our experienced leader thrower dieing in the process.
Next up we were bashed up and went out of the cup, shockingly lost our incredible ag5 one turner Skeetz Nool after he had scored twice in the 3-2 overtime defeat. Also two linerats were ripped as well.
After the cup we needed to regroup, not always easy in the Box. Well we faced Chaos and had our wrestle tackle linerat perm'd plus two other linerats killed. My opponent agreed I was unlucky throughout the match..
Next up we faced Dark Elves. Our best Blitzer was killed in the first blitz! Their only action other than move of the first turn. Our two headed horned Gutter was perm'd in the same match. Our number of experienced players was dwindling. My oppo agreed I was unlucky throughout the match..
Next up we have just faced Pact. Every block a Rat seemed to go off the pitch. A thrower was saved from death by the apo and then a linerat died from a dodge. Then in the final block of the match our remaining experienced Blitzer lost armour! Our oppo agreed I was unlucky for most of the match (though at least did save the draw on last turn)..
What a sequence!!!

The problem with box, is if their TV goes too low, you won't get matched anymore.

You'll be all right. Granted, at this point what you basically have is a new team. (Except the 86 SPP gutter runner, and to a lesser extent the 16 SPP one. Not at all unusual to have a GR with 2 skills on a fairly new Skaven team.)
But you're at 1290k, and you have 12 players and 340k in the bank. Stay the course, and your guys will skill up just fine. (I'd try not to feed too many TDs to Skratz -- he doesn't need them, everyone else does.) You're basically starting from scratch, but you started from scratch when you made the team, no reason you can't do it again.

Yep I can always (and will) rebuild, though slightly bloated at the moment for low tv level. I think losing the two blitzers was the main annoyance straight after the superstar as they gain under an spp per game average. I'm wondering if one day I will get a sequence of games with good rolls. :o)

I say retire them and start over in Ranked where you can pick easy games. That's the Box for you.

No thanks Flashback. Rolling 1s or the opponent rolling high on injury roll can still happen for cherrypickers.
