A new challenge
I wanted to get the consensus of those out there who might have taken an "accept every match" offer on ranked.
Admittedly, I look for favorable match ups which ultimately lead to periods where I won't accept offers from Killers against my Elves, or Min/Max Amazons against my low tv/low skill team.
For whatever reason, I'm looking to build a tourney team, I want to win, or even I want a game with a larger potential margin for error.
Has anyone out there taken the approach where they accept any offer? What were the results? I've seen Azure do some fun things in the Box with Elves.
My initial thought is this would be the most challenging, fun way to test my tactical mettle and additionally it is unlikely that it would be difficult to find games as first come first served. Inevitably, it would be easier to find games with a non bash team as people in general stay away from those races, so elves, or second tier teams are on my potential list to gives this a go.
I'd love for this idea to evolve into something fun for the community.
So let me hear it, the good the bad the ugly.
P.S. Kickoff just happened Germany v. Ghana. Here's to rooting for a 0-0 tie.

Yeah fellas I understand the BOX correlation the difference is everyone would know so if you saw the team on game finder you could get a guaranteed game.
Or Jimmy if everyone has dodged your killers you have an opponent sitting there that will definitely accept your challenge.
Essentially You'd be drawing a target on yourself.
That's the idea I suppose

I do periods like this every now and then, usually when my CR is too high or when I just feel like a break from tourney building.
I have tried to combine the 2 aswell but even if it can go surprisingly well, you eventually end up with restarting the rebuild, which may be fine once or twice but tedious in the long run.
The positive thing is the real tough matched games are often more fun (when they dont get too onesided)! You are on the edge of your seat and tense all the way kind oflike a tourney game :D

In the rare occasions when I play Ranked (or the less rare occasions where I play Stunty), I'll take any offer that's not an obvious mismatch. The only exception is my ogres, which will not play up against non-stunty teams.
