To qualify for the Exploding Cup, you must win one of the Qualifiers commencing on February 10th, 2016. All Stunty teams may apply for a spot in one of the Qualifiers.

To be eligible for a spot in the Qualifiers you need to apply to this group.

All applicants must be rookie teams only. Any applicants with more than 0 matches in their history will be declined. All applicants will be accepted, if eligible, and at least 8 brackets will be created. Each bracket will consist of 8 teams, and fillers will be added as necessary.

Coaches may apply with one team only for the qualifiers. All duplicate applications to this group will be deleted!

The qualifiers will be a 4 round Swiss style tournament, leading up to the finals, which will be a knockout tournament. Qualifiers will consist of 8-team brackets, and consist of at least 8 brackets. All applicants will be accepted if they are eligible.

The winners of each bracket will be entered into the final knockout bracket. To fill any holes in the finals bracket, the second place team for each bracket will be entered into a drawing for the additional spots. Please note, the finals will require 8, 16, or 32 teams, depending on the amount of applications.

Please note, the final tournament is a knockout tournament. Additionally, prep matches between qualifiers and the final tournament are not allowed. Any teams playing prep matches will be disqualified.

Qualifier winners will receive an extra MVP for their team.

The Qualifier winners will get +1 MVP and advance to a KO championship tournament to determine the winner of the Exploding Cup.

Please note that this extra MVP is applied directly to your team roster and will not appear in your client match report.
