Weird or great?
So I started to make a rotters team in Box:

and three of my rotters rolled doubles for their first skill. I took Jump Up as it will be really useful after they get block, mighty blow, claw and piling on.... in about 50 games.

Is this really good? Or very silly and I will be rebuked for taking the silly doubles?

Haha, I like it. Hilarious! Probably not the preferred choice of a power gamer (he'd possible have ignored all three doubles), but I think it's great. Could also improve your positioning game. :-)

Side Step would have been another good, even more disturbing choice.

Lame. Massively lame.

Just because it is box, you don't have to be lame.

Take dodge on one, side step on another etc. Make them into road blocks. There are ways to dominate casaulties without giving every single player the killstack - wrapping up opponents in blodge + guard + tents + tail + FA. Just add claw/mb in to the mix and you can get twice the effect by throwing twice the number of blocks instead of just a few bleh ones. Add in lots of cheap dps (the rotters) and you can smash teams in a non-lame way.

Super fun choice... and more useful than folks give you credit for. Now they can chance a block from being prone, and they no longer have to GFI when standing up and walking more than one square!! Their stink works just as well prone, so giving them greater range is a good deal. I applaud the effort!! :)

Out of personal experience my players survive 22 games on average.. If I'm very careful.

It's kind of the same with Elves and pretty much anyone who comes without the basic starting skills. So I vote.. rather silly, but hey, you are the pro and nobody in this world is really qualified to give you advice anyways. :P

But sometimes its worth having one guy on the team thats a bit of a mavrick. I do think Side Step would have been nicer...imagine the look on an opponents face when he 2d blocks your burgeoning death-machine only to push him next to the ball carrier :-)
