“Chaos Curse won the coin toss and chose to receive. They tried to power their way through the defense of New Beards on the Block. Unfortunately, they brought their sissy game today with a multitude of pushing and shoving coming from the Chaos forces. The Dwarves made it difficult to advance with their Guard and Stand Firm specialists. Nevertheless, Ulrik, slipped by running up the left side of the field before things became worse for his team. The pouring rain would aid the Beastman as his pursuers would always slip and fall just when they got close enough to touch him. Ulrik would hand the ball off to Karnage and the Chaos Warrior would run in the touchdown just as time ran out in the first half.

NBotB received in the second half and the skies cleared to perfect Blood Bowl weather. A Thrower would attempt a pass in their own backfield but it would land two paces beyond the intended receiver. CC put three tackle zones on the ball but they were all knocked away by the Dwarves on the next turn. The ball would change possessions a few times but CC was taking too much damage as their players were getting knocked out every turn. Soon there was only four Chaos players left and they were overwhelmed in the waning turns of the game. A Dwarf Runner would recover the ball and run it in the end zone to tie the game 1-1.

An angry Chaos fan threw a rock at the Troll Slayer, Glorin Stormpike, in the last second of the match. Glorin was seriously injured (-ST) and the culprit was able to escape into the crowd before he was caught.
