Meanandugl Challenge for FUMBBL
Hopping on Meanandugl's Lose Fat for FUMMBL challenge...

I'm at 96 kg. myself (just had to look up the conversion of 212 lbs.) I would like to get to 198 (90 kg). I haven't been below 200 since before I stopped smoking. I was up to 230 a year and a half ago, though, and when the nurse told me I was obese I almost belly flopped on her in spite. My wife and I just did the Whole30 for the month of January and that resonated fairly well for me, so I think I know how to do it with diet and exercise. Just need to push it further. I think I can do it.

So $5 for each kg lost and $10 for each NOT lost puts me at $30 USD min / $60 max. Starting now and going until August 2017.

Not necessarily adhering to The Murker's Paleo rules here - as beer is my compadre... but it is a good start. May need to put the nix on beer for the final stretch.

1) Cut out bread, pasta, and cereal.
2) Promise to eat bacon when you are between meals and are hungry. If you are not hungry enough to cook bacon, you arn't hungry enough to snack.
3) Walk every day. No crazy stupid exercise routine. Walk. As much as you can. A few push-ups can't hurt either.
4) Don't drink calories.

Bacon is carcinogen (as is having overweight!). Reduce to a minimum.

Microwave bacon is that Dom, and Microwaving is not cooking. so as long as you keep the black bits to a minimum your quite safe.

Every time my friend hears someone planning about losing weight he says something like "eat less, move more and don't predict to have results until year after". I pretty much agree with him (my "tip" would be that if you want certain type of body, you should move as much as that that body type requires and eat in a way that it benefits you to achieve that bodytype).

With that said, gl with this project :)
