We were taking some blocks,
While we played on the Box,
Against a team called "Blood 'n' Gore"
We dodged and passed, and ran damn fast
As we raced down the field to score

We'd been blocked and hit
And fouled a bit
But we still had half a team
As we faced them all, we kicked the ball
And they all looked big and mean

Outnumbered
And fearing for our lives
We watched as they got the ball
They came at us, like a runaway bus
Razor sharp claws and all

But we didn't yield
As they cleared the field
Of every last elf we had
A few turns more, they evened the score
And we needed players bad.

Fragile flesh and bone
Against a horde of spikes and claws
They'd taken a toll, but with dice to roll

They grabbed the ball but let it fall,

With a leap and blitz and go for it
We headed down the field to score.
