I just won a game where I killed four of my opponent's players (one failed apoth) - and yet I received no SPPs for CASing.
That's rather funny if you ask me.

After half the game I had only killed two players, or rather, one had died from a failed dodge (the apo fail) and one I did crowdpush to death. So, two RIPs and no possible apothing.

When both teams got the ref in the second half though, things picked up and I managed to boot two to the afterlife.
