It baffles me, no, wait. I need a stronger word. Hmmm. It confizzles me, yeah, that's it, it confizzles me to learn that people who think it's rude to go straight into what team against which team and skip past "hi" etc, even exist.

How can a mind work like that?

It's not being rude, it's talking about setting up a blood bowl match. Have you ever considered that I might not care for even a second who you are or why you're live? Perhaps all I want to do is score a few touchdowns, skill up a lineman and foul your +ST +AG to death?

I hate it when people use their own perspective of silly ideas on etiquette to judge another person's actions/approach. Yes, mr Silly Billy, if YOU were to say "elves vs your khemri?" that might be uncharacteristical of you - perhaps even a sign that you're being rude. If I, on the other hand, would do the exact same thing it would only mean that *gasp* I want a game.

Also, don't get me started on the "how are you?" freaks.

Oh, and this is all pretty analogous to people who sign forum entries, pms, e-mails etc, with their name. Just stop it! I couldn't care less if your name was Patrick or Moammar.
