You should enter some brawls with them. Your Necros are only at 1150TV. The last brawl at that TV had 4 goblins in it!

More specifically: The last BBB draw of the month, when all the ARR teams apply - among them a lot of gobbos.
If you haven't gotten your game until the end of the month, that should be your best chance. :-)
(I even have to play two goblin teams in a row with my high elves in last month's last BBB!)
