1. Got a new nephew yesterday. My son's first words upon seeing his new cousin? "Ooh, he's raisiny"
2. Lent (or Great Lent for some) starts tomorrow. I will be giving up all types of video games for the 40 days (might see me on a Sunday). Hopefully as well as traditional benefits I will get time to write, and paint some miniatures. In fact, as I write this, I promise the lot of you to complete a miniature for the first time, and post a picture! I have many minis that are painted to playable standards, but none I'd call finished. Wish me luck!

Thanks for the support, Ark. I think the trickiest thing I ever did was tomatoes. No Ketchup, Salsa, many pasta sauces out, came up all the time. I'm more concerned this time with trying to get it by my 3 year old son. "Daddy isn't playing Mario right now" may not be enough of an explanation when we visit my in-law's wii.

congratulations on your nephew, i got a niece recently. i lost track of the number, being born as an uncle i didn't really count either.
