Welcome sportsfans to the inaugural edition of the Dökkálfar Dreki Fanzone, covering the best plays and the best players of your favourite team - the Dreki.

Dreki have had a tough Summer season, there's no getting away from that and the last match against the unpopular Wolf Lands Slavers ended as a last-gasp win for the Slavers but could very easily have gone the way of the Dark Elves in purple.

In this Fanzone we will be focussing on Dreki's touchdown in that game.

Himminglaeva ran the ball forward as the rest of the crew found themselves outmuscled and quickly outnumbered. Star player Nerea the Abyssal Queen was down and fouled into a stun, Hildur was also struggling to rise, and Dreadblade Frøya was completely surrounded by four opposing players.


Himminglaeva did not panic, and as she moved decisively forwards she saw Frøya's hand rise out of the crowd of players; quick as a flash, a pin-point pass was thrown and snatched out of the air by Frøya in an astonishing display of agility and nerve.


There was still a long way to go to the endzone, but even as soon as Frøya was took the catch she used her power to force a way past the two marking Hobgoblins. From there, she was always favourite to win the sprint to the line.
