1. Play with your team for more than one or two games after you've been on a hiatus for a long time, you need to get a good feel for them and get back in the swing of things.
2. Learn to counter oneturners properly; high strength on the LOS doesn't do a thing when you stupidly place your players in such a way as to hand them the chainpush.
3. Luck always wins over skill, but not always in overtime.
4. Gutter runners are fast. I should have known this, but being a skaven coach myself, I'm not used to going up against them. But they're fast. Like really fast. Like pants you and wedgie you at the same time fast.
5. Killing things is almost as good as winning.
Probably won't send the khem to the FC next month, unless my box rats really get messed up on the way, but if they do I'll keep all this in mind!

Funny, 1 and 2 were the exact things I was thinking after my team was eliminated.
