SESSION THREE
Wow, I haven't even started playing yet and already I have a stupid question!

Folks are suggesting starting out in the FFB as it is in Beta. The logic (and it's sound logic) here is, get to know the NEW system, learn the updated/new rules at the same time, and get the feel of a team & game flow. By the time FFB is no longer beta & is live - I'm ready to roll w/a new team and have a few games under my belt.

This all sounds well and good... except... I went to make a team in FFB and I found Academy, Ranked, and all that goodness... but no FFB. Noob/dumb question for the day:

What the hell is FFB?! :(

Is this the Fantasy Football option when creating a team?

Cheers :D

Fantasy Foot Ball
F F B

Also, you are clearly a newb, not a noob. As long as you admit that the Falcons are infinitely superior to the Broncos, we should get along just fine! :)

Thanks Prinz! :D

@ Macavity

The Broncos, who are they? Oh, you mean that Denver team that comes out on the field as winners and leaves as losers? The team that -despite their lead- chokes when it counts & blows the game? Ya, I know that team... been watching them (occasionally) for about 36 years LOL. If my family were to ever see this post, my goose would be cooked! *ra ra* So, for minor family redemption, I'll ask if you're talking about the Atlanta Failcons? *snicker*

Noob vs Newb... I'm unclear on the difference, but I guess it is about maturity & attitude -not just being 'new'? A "Noob" is a new player that acts like... well, a turd. A "Newb" is a new player? If so, I prefer the latter. ;)

Gonna go build a team now :P
