Spring Clean
Lost an awesome Slann blitzer last night and was faced with the prospect of having to repeatedly enter killer Nurgle in majors once my High Elves have died in the Ulthuan. Went through all my teams this morning for the first time in years. I felt like I might be missing fun/promising teams just by the sheer weight of numbers. My basic rule was to only keep teams that have either won majors (Fleetfoot's Revenge and Colourful Characters), played a huge number of games (I Say You Fellows), or for the rest were either a good team or had promise, or were just starting out but would save me a few games). Already played three games with teams I hadn't used in ages as a result. I sacked a fair few teams with stat increases either because they were more effort than it would be worth to rebuild or I found them dull. I would highly recommend it for coaches who have been around for a bit.

Don't have many teams teams anywhere near that level but have been having the same feelings myself, particularly with limited time now and hoping to build towards entering majors. I think I will cut back and focus on the teams I am enjoying that show promise.

May take your advice... I have been here since 2003 and have some very old teams... particularly the ones pre the Pick 3 MVP rule and hence MVP's are scattered randomly and the team isn't as efficient in the current rule set (my Underworld team a classic example!)

I tried this yesterday but I couldn't find those Major winning teams you were talking about. xD

Major winning teams?

Errr. That would be a quick search.

No use- I'm hopelessly addicted to rehabilitating teams because I like the team name or one player on the team XD

I dump teams all the time lol Even long lived ones! Some of the most thrill and excitement, I have found, is the first 20 games of a new team ..so much promise ..so much potential
I have played a lot of games but havent really made any kind of impact to the tourney scene. But, I have built a lot of fun teams and met a bunch of cool coaches to help make my teams even more fun with the experience i have gained.
I probably check out Top Lists the most as my teams grow and see if i can get more and more players in those lists

In general, I keep no more than one team of each race in each of the divisions.

seasons could help that
