Oh you thought I forgot about them did you? Fear not; while I may not game as much as I have before, I still bring out the Ranked teams every once in a while. Game 29 here was special though.

In the ultimate show of manliness that my team is bound to give in every game, I have finally achieved an unofficial, unmentioned and un-aimed-for goal! I have completely cleared the pitch of opposition!

Game 29 against the Raging Pirates had me completely remove every norsca from the pitch by turn 7 of the second half, with a final foul on his last blitzer while Attorney Assistant Alice sprinted across the field for the winning score using her MA7 to the team's advantage. After failing to score on our own drive due to being pinned up against the wall, we outnumbered them on their own drive, and after a not-so-well-thought-out pass by the norscas (5+ longbomb, I thought it was gonna work for a moment but scattered short), we then proceeded to crowdpush his receiver and start to put on the hurt against the unprepared norscas sitting in our tacklezones. The dice were in our favor when it came to armor in the second half, and his failed dodges did some of the work for us, but don't tell him that, he was a bit testy about his dice once we were about to score.

Sure, that last foul on a blitzer who had no hope in hell of ever catching up in time may have been a little harsh, but to be fair, it WAS a clean pitch, something worth breaking simple courtesy for. Took us 2 attempts, with the first skellie getting sent off on a stun, but the second one hit him good and KO'd him, leaving me one last turn to do whatever I wanted. Guess I coulda done a victory dance or made a word but I just scored. The clean pitch was manly enough, wouldn't want an overdose.


Oh yeah, and that was my first match against norse, leaving only 6 races that I haven't played; Goblins, Halflings, Nurgle, Ogres, Slann, Vampires. Already have a plan for the flings, but aside from them I still don't know what to do for the other teams. Again, if you have a team around the right TV, send a PM and we can work something out! Just 71 games to go!

EDIT: Although now that I think of it, boasting that I just removed a team from the pitch is not the best way to convince other folks to play you...
