15 Years Not Out
Recently, I celebrated my 15 year FUMBBL-versary.
It's mad to think I've been doing this that long, but I have been. +2 DP, ClawPOMB, Faction, Blackbox, stables, never-ending Werewolf threads, NAF events, NAF weekenders, 'hi - your WE my Necro?' in IRC, Stunty Leeg, the GLN, a single legend and soon, BB2020. And everything else in between.
FUMBBL is ultimately responsible for my descent into the hobby of Blood Bowl. For travelling half way across the world to move minis about, a wardrobe full of dice, pitches and other assorted tat, for volunteering to co-ordinate nerds of all flavours and for hours of typing 'GL & HF' into a small text box and not meaning it a single time. While the site isn't quite as populated as it once was, it's still as awesome as it ever has been, and the creativity and brilliance of the user-base never ceases to amaze.
May Christer and the staff never get fed up of us, and I hope many of you are here in 2036, where we will moan together about some nonsense new ruleset as I celebrate 30 years of /hurt.

Congrats. I took a break when I realized I was coming up on my 17 years. Nice to see a good coach still kicking around when I come to watch some games.

Wow! Purplegoo and Pythrr, two coaches I've respected and admired 'forever'...and I just realized I've been on Fumbbl longer than both. That makes me feel like maybe I haven't made enough out of my time here... ;)

I joined December 18, 2005. An excited young undergrad with hopes of bb greatness and getting a degree...........only one of those was achieved lol
