The Golems are finally done. I dithered far too long on sculpting extra details on the 2 bodies and in the end went for a magically fused body on the left Golem and a crudely stitched together body on the right one.
I was going to cover up the mouth in the chest of the left Golem but though it sort of worked as that one is more of a creature mutated by magic. On the other Golem I used a dremel to carve jagged lines into the flesh and then used a pin vice to drill holes and sculpt the stitches from greenstuff. I was tempted to try and remove the hair from his legs as they were starting to look like hairy trousers but think that would have looked worse.
I was going to do a variety of skin tones but having looked at some other golems I didn't like this and kept with the unhealthy grey tone as Golems can also be magically animated mud too.
I'm doing a little housekeeping so have added the pictures of the werewolves here as well. I prefer the necro team to the Undead as aside from the Wights they are all unique models converted from a wide variety of sources. The Wolves and Golems are probably my favourites but I also like the Dwarf zombie (who doesn't like a dead dorf) and the ghouls.
I've moved the in progress pics here as well, showing what different parts the models were all made from.
